New Report: State by State Overview and Political Context

 This one is pretty useful, but also starting to get a bit too stale (late 2021). It's the data source for the separate overview chart, which is really what I'm interested in with this data and that other chart is the prized report from this site... for now. I'll add more later, this is just a start!
